• All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact

• Replacement is to be dispatched within 7-10 working days at no additional cost.

• In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours, only then can we consider the case. 

• Return is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at thehouseofkrinay@gmail.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line. Refund will be initiated in 7-10 working days with a deduction of 10% of the total amount.

Any cancellation of the order after 24 hours no refund will be provided.
